Ground wild boar is added to his famous tomato sauce with celery, carrots, and onions then slowly cooked resulting in a meaty and flavourful ragu.

Our wild boar is raised with love by Chef Gabriele Paganelli on his farm in Elmvale,Ontario. He has been involved with the breeding of his herd for the past 20 years. His wild boar are free to roam and feed on an all natural diet, free of hormones and antibiotics.
