Umbro Salami is a special cured pork sausage that features large chunks of hand cut fat. You'll see them dotted throughout the centre of the salami, offering a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture.
We source our pigs from Bachert Meats in Walton, Ontario where they are raised by Mennonite farmers and fed a natural diet without antibiotics or hormones.
Our salami is dairy free and gluten free. A whole Umbro is approximately 250-300g .
