Aroma: Slightly funky from the Gorgonzola, but very mild in comparison to straight Gorgonzola.
Flavour: The sharpness of the blue is offset by the creamy Mascarpone. It’s an approachable way to enjoy blue cheese. In other words, a "gateway blue"
Dessert cheese! It is perfect with pears, grapes and other fruit.
