Tartuflanghe Salt with Summer Truffle
The grey salt from Guérande is still hand-harvested using wooden tools, in order to preserve its organoleptic characteristic.
Wooden tools are used during harvesting so as not to contaminate the purity of this extraordinary salt, so sought after by gourmets all over the world.
We have added small flakes of cryo-dried truffle to create an excellent seasoning. Ideal for flavouring all your hot and cold dishes: pastas, meat fillets, eggs, fish and meat tartare and carpaccio, cheese, salads, potatoes and vegetables in general. Excellent with sushi and foie gras.
