Our stecchini is the Italian response to the pepperette stick. It is a thinner version of our gentile salami with an edible paper casing and shorter aging process of 15 days. It is simply seasoned with sea salt and Chef Paganelli’s signature blend of spices.
We use ground meat of pork raised by Mennonite farmers and fed a natural diet without antibiotics or hormones. Our pork is sourced from Bachert Meats in Walton, Ontario.
Our sweet stecchini is dairy free and gluten free.
