Prosciutto di San Daniele is internationally known for its elegant and delicious flavour. It is crafted using an ancient artisanal process in the San Daniele del Friuli region of Italy.
Special heritage pigs, sea salt and fresh San Daniele air are the key elements in producing this DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) product. The Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) certification ensures that products are locally grown and packaged by local farmers and artisans, using traditional methods. We import our Prosciutto di San Daniele at 18 months and continue to age it in-house for 24 months.
