Chef Paganelli’s Award winning lonza is made in house from heritage Berkshire pork.

It is simply seasoned with sea salt and Chef Paganelli’s signature blend of spices and aged for 6 months. 

Our Berkshire heritage pork is raised by Mennonite farmers in Walton, Ontario and fed a natural diet without antibiotics or hormones.

Our lonza is dairy free and gluten free.

A whole Lonza is 800g-900g.
