DESCRIPTION: Superbly drinkable on any occasion, with a characteristic hoppy finish. The Brewer's Gold hops we use are grown on the hills next to our brewery. Top-fermented, bottle conditioned ale.

APPEARANCE: White, compact and persistent foam. Straw yellow hue, free from suspended solids but with a yeast haze; soft carbonation.

BOUQUET: Dominant grassy notes accompanied by delicate citrus and honeyed accents coming from the malt.

FLAVOUR: Smooth mouthfeel for easy drinking, evident bitterness but not too pronounced with good mouth-watering effect, balance between hops and malt, persistent finish

TYPE OF BEER: Pale ale

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 4.5 %

EXCELLENT WITH: Pizza, Speducci

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C

After having poured the beer, leave it to oxygenate so that its excess aroma is released.
