Wine from Croatina and Barbera grapes (producer Stefano Bellotti) which after the acetification has undergone exceptional (continuous) aging of 6 years in large oak barrels.
No other wine has been added, the whole mass has 6 years of aging. The result is extraordinary, the volatile acidity is wide and balanced and conveys the typical aromas of a great brandy. A unique vinegar. Large but balanced acidity (8.6%)
