Sandra received her Bachelors degree with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology & Health Sciences from York University whilst being a valuable member of the varsity volleyball team.
She then graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition on the Dean’s list with First Class Honours becoming a Certified Nutritional and Orthomolecular Health Practitioner. She has since completed certification in Clinical Detoxification, Pregnancy & Early Childhood Nutrition, and Clinical Iridology. Sandra is also a Registered Acupuncturist.
She is a member, in good standing, of the Certified Nutritional Practitioners Council of Canada, the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants and the Ontario Council of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.
Sandra’s work as a holistic practitioner is rooted in an in depth approach that aims to heal the body from the cellular level, increasing energy, and achieving overall balance and beauty naturally.
her specialties are weight loss, boosting metabolism, improving digestion, anti-aging and detoxification. Sandra designs meal plans, recipes and tips that work for everyone. She teaches others to discover their ultimate health by following her principles: Let food be thy medicine, and medicine thy food.
Sandra is passionate about all things concerning health and fitness. She has worked as a personal fitness trainer for over 15 years. Her clients range from national athletes to individuals beginning to exercise for the first time. She ranks among the nation’s top professional beach volleyball players, has won 2 silver medals at the Ontario provincial championships, and has represented Canada on the FIVB world tour.
When she isn’t working with her clients, competing in beach volleyball, inventing new recipes, or spending time with her family, Sandra is traveling…most likely to Italy, for inspiration and nourishment for body, mind and soul.
